About Us
Making Mental and Physical Wellness Our First Priority
Aubrey Smith, RT, MSM. BS, BBA is co-owner and practice administrator. He has a wealth of experience as a respiratory therapist, working with children, teens, young adults, and families, and as a practice administrator.

Avis Johnson-Smith, DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC, CPMHS, FNP-BC, FAANP is co-owner and clinician. She has over 25 years of experience working with children, teens, young adults, and their families. She is certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist.
